We, representatives of movements, parties and delegations participating in the Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of creation of the USSR on theme: “Attempts to falsify the history of the USSR and its leading role in the victory over fascism”, held in Moscow on December 24, 2022,
Declare:
We condemn all criminal acts carried out on the territory of the former Republics of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, with the money allocated by the Colonial Congress of the United States of America.
We seriously condemn and draw public attention to the unprecedentedly unleashed armament and radicalization of neo-Nazi movements in the territories of many countries, in the efforts to intensify armed conflicts and further dismember indigenous and fraternal peoples into parts controlled by neo-Nazis.
We draw attention to the fact that the imposition of illegal international sanctions and open interference in the internal affairs of various states, including the supply of weapons to neo-Nazis, daily leads to the death of a large number of women, the elderly and children, and in fact is the organization of genocide.
Implementing the Decision of the Meeting of the Communist and Workers’ Parties held in Havana, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, we note the invaluable contribution of the USSR to the development of the aspirations of progressive humanity to higher and more perfect forms of social security, democratization of society, struggle for rights of people and manifestations of the highest form of humanism.
We welcome all progressive forces and call for further work to join forces to create even better social living conditions in all countries of the world for the preservation and development of mankind.
