On June 14, 2022, the Eighth Administrative Court in city of Lviv ruled in case No. P/857/4/22 to close the Derzhava Party.
The Derzhava party considers the rule of the court as of outrageous, unlawful, and unconstitutional. The court ruled under pressure from the Ukrainian theater actor Mr. Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky, who acts as the usurper of state power, a man who has lost the trust of the people, and acts as a despot who has replaced the legislature with his personal decrees.
The trial was held without evidence, and not a single piece of evidence of the illegal activities of the party was presented. The puppet of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, acted in the form of a court Ed Hoc, has ignored the law of Ukraine and ruled on the case with reference on the decree of Mr. Zelensky. Moreover, the existence of the barbarian decree itself is questioned. The court rules were abused and during the trial the plaintiff failed to provide the original of decree registered according to the notary law. The court referred to some decree, while there is no neither the signature nor the full legal transcript of the signature of the signatory on it.
The Derzhava Party will continue its work to establish the rule of law in Ukraine and the Constitutional order by all legal means with the support of the people of Ukraine. All those guilty of violating the Charter, and the Constitution of Ukraine will be punished as per Law.
